Choosing a secondary school is one of the most important steps you take for your child’s education. At Whitworth Park Academy, we put ‘Children at the heart of everything we do’. We are part of a Multi-Academy Trust called Advance Learning Partnership (ALP) whose ethos is ‘Excellent Education Through Collaboration’. There is a close working relationship between both organisations where expertise is developed and shared to ensure maximum opportunities for all our children. At both ALP and Whitworth Park, we want children to leave school having maximised their academic progress, but also with the social and personal skills needed to extract the maximum from what the world has to offer them.

We are proud to share that our students consistently achieve highly across the curriculum, particularly the most disadvantaged and those with SEND. Leadership and management are key strengths of our school, ensuring that teachers receive focused and highly effective professional development. Additionally, we are a ‘World-Class School’ and have been rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted.
